I remember the very first development job I undertook.
My contract basically consisted of 5 sentences saying what I would do in very general terms and how much it’d cost.
At the time it was fine. But as my contract jobs got bigger and my rates went up, I needed to start creating better contracts.
Most freelancers either don’t know how to create a good contract, or have contracts that leave them at a disadvantage.
